Did someone say dessert???

Every year, my unit has what's called a PIG OUT, the week before Christmas. It consists of every staff member bringing in a dish and we eat for a full 24 hours!!! Day shift usually brings too many entrees so someone mentioned we needed more desserts and thats all I needed to hear! This year I made Peppermint Bark Double Chocolate Brownies! Its super easy to make and its oh so good! All it took was a box of Ghiradelli brownie mix, white chocolate chips and peppermint candy. Let the topping harden, and serve immediatley!
